<description>In reading the recent Time magazine article about Mother Theresa's doubts, I was struck by how it seemed her only avenue to God was Jesus' suffering on the cross. She was living her life as Jesus did-- bringing the good news to the poor-- but she found no connection via Jesus' life works or instructions and only could see His suffering. Amidst her surroundings, suffering was everywhere so it is easy to see the connection but her focus on Jesus' suffering didn't bring her comfort. Excellent story!
