Most of these sweet gems come from Spain, and each year I look forward to buying a little crate of Clementines. They start appearing in the grocery store in mid-autumn, but they’re at their best in December and January. Because they peel easily and are mostly seedless, they’re a good, healthy, portable snack. I used my new camera lens to selectively focus here, making the small pile of citrus goodness look even better.

Wow, the saliva is flowing! They do look good enough to eat. Nice way to get some extra vitamin C, that we all need right now to combat the “bugs” that are going around. Just another way God provides, I guess!
